Independence Day: Hot Dogs and History

First of all, happy independence day to all! While you, like me, spend your day barbecuing and doing your best imitation of Nathan's hot dog eating champion Joey Chestnut (pictured below), we can't forget the greater significance of the 241st birthday of America.
