President Trump met today (July 30, 2018) with Italian Prime Minister Ginseppe Conte to discuss immigration policies with someone who is in a similar state of mind as President Trump himself. The Prime Minister has been known to have been strict on immigration and that is why the president has chosen to meet with him. President Trump wishes to be able to have someone who will support his endeavors from a foreign country. Though immigration and border control were not the only policies that may have been touched on these topics are the main focus of the press conference. Trump hopes to have someone else to support his views to sway the America people to his perspective.
During this press conference people must consider if what they are hearing is really better for the US and if the policies being proposed are really as bad as the media is proclaiming them to be.
