With Cohen implicating Trump, it will be up to Congress to see if he will be impeached or not

With the recent events of Cohen pleading guilty to the Manhattan courthouse on Tuesday to violating federal campaign finance laws, Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s longtime fixer, has confessed to the whole world of what he did in order for President Trump to win his presidential campaign, no matter the cost.

Michael Cohen goes on to say in the courtroom how the president directed him to break the law by making payments to a pornographic film actress and a former Playboy model, in order to deceive the political arena and congress.

With this kind of implications against Trump it would seem that the Justice department would indicate Trump for these crimes and further investigations right? Wrong.

Since Donald Trump is the President he is exempt from ever being indicated in a court of law. That was the main reason for Donald Trump's new lawyer Rudy Giuliani telling CNN reporter,Dana Bash, that "All they get to do is write a report,They can't indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us."

Which means that despite Cohen's plea and evidence to support said plea, Trump cannot be indicated of these crimes. Unless Congress has another opinion.

Though Donald Trump cannot be indicated for these crimes, Congress can be give the order that eh will be impeached out of presidency if these crimes are true. Now let this be stated that impeachment of a president has to be agreed upon by two-thirds of the houses senators. Also, their has to be enough coercive and physical evidence for the misconduct to be filed against the president.

Though the evidence given by Cohen can be enough for speculation arguments, it is still not enough for him to be misconducted. Unless, Paul Manafort's, who a couple weeks ago had also convicted Trump of being the one behind the reason of his eight felony taxes and bank fraud accusations, sources have enough evidence to indicate that Trump is in on the Trump-Russia investigation and that all of his comments on how Robert Muller has been looking at red hearings are all true.

First, let me state the position that all of these people are in. Robert Muller is the american attorney investigator who has been finding evidence and indicating Trump in the russia investigation in 2016 during the presidential campaign. Paul Manafort was Trump's former campaign manager who has now been convicted of felony and bank fraud with his argument being that Trump was the one to cause it all. Michael Cohen was Trump's former Personal lawyer who on tuesday has just pleaded guilty for his part in violating federal campaign finance laws and has pleaded that Trump told him to do it in order to win the campaign. Finally, during all of this President Trump has been denying the claims, trying to turn his situation around, and falsely accusing these three people for things he says he has not been apart of.

So with all this stated, it will only lead to if  what Mueller's report ultimately finds. If it fully exonerates Trump, a move toward impeachment would likely be cast as a pure political ploy by Democrats. If it doesn't clear Trump, however, then Democrats will likely seriously consider the idea of impeachment. This will also takes into account on during the elections in November if enough  voters can reinstate democrats back into the white house. So far though Democrats taking back the white house chances are becoming increasingly higher with these charges against Trump and for now the Republican party has been trying their best to stay by the President and prove his innocence.

For me personally, I feel that depending on how the elections in November gp and how Mueller's investigation against Trump clear up to be, it is still to early to tell if the President will be impeached after all the evidence and claims have either been proven or disproven against him.
